How do you offer your services?

        • We offer children aged two to ten exceptional online and in-person educational opportunities in a face-to-face and/or small group setting. Sessions can either support online learning and augment school based curriculums or follow IF Education’s curricula exceeding national standards.

        • Sessions are age/grade/ability appropriate

        • Music, Art, and PE are nominally included in IF Education’s curricula

What programs do you offer?

We offer the following:

          • State-based, standard-enriched curriculum connecting projects and experiences with traditional academic activities.

          • One-on-One support with all remote or e-learning platforms

          • Small group sessions to enhance collaboration and peer-relations

What ages/grades do you serve?

        • Two years to fifth grade

How do you support new students who may not be successful with remote or e-learning?

        • Our approach includes an assessment of past remote/e-learning platforms, behaviors of students and families, and testing data if available. We look at several factors and develop and implement a face-to-face (F2F), small group (SG) or individualized educational solution.

What are your hours?

        • We operate Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. We offer the following F2F and SG sessions:

          • 8:30 - 11:30am

          • 1:00 - 4:00pm

          • 4:00 - 6:00pm

          • Staggered arrival and departure times will apply.

How many students are in each session?

        • We strictly adhere to CDC social distancing guidelines and will limit small group sessions to four students or less.

What are your procedures to keep students and their families safe from COVID?

        • All spaces are well-ventilated and have CDC approved air purifiers

        • Spaces and materials are thoroughly cleaned using CDC recommended guidelines and materials before and after each session

        • Parents must notify us if anyone has been exposed to COVID-19 or any other communicable illness

        • Each student has materials which will not be shared

        • Each student must wear masks and other appropriate protective equipment, as deemed necessary by CDC and regional guidelines

        • Each student will sit six feet apart during each session

        • Students will arrive a depart using staggered time schedules

        • Daily temperature checks will be given

          • Parents must stay until completion of the first session’s temperature check

          • Temperature checks will be conducted prior to and just prior to the conclusion of each session

          • If symptoms are present prior to the end of a session, students will be immediately quarantined and parents must arrange for pickup within one hour or before the session’s end, whichever occurs first
